b. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the paid elements, including any updates or modifications, remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the elements beyond the scope of the granted license.
c. Support and Updates: We strive to provide ongoing support and updates for the paid elements, ensuring compatibility with Bricks Builder. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any element or cease the provision of support at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

b. Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys associated with the paid elements.
c. Use the paid elements only for your personal or commercial use in conjunction with Bricks Builder. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the elements and features is strictly prohibited.
d. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using our elements.
e. Take responsibility for any content you create or generate using our elements and ensure it complies with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Refund policy
We offer a 7-days return period from the date of purchase. No questions asked. We will process a full refund as soon as we receive your request.
Limitation of Liability
Brickscore and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the elements, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Brickscore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia.
